I live in NY and ordered a birthday bouquet for my Florida friend. Delivery was same day and I received a picture of the delivery being left at the front desk. Beautiful flowers and great service.

Flowers looked beautiful but they were delivered to and left at the wrong address. Very disappointing that the recipient had to go to collect them at the other address herself. EDIT: I emailed my complaint to the company and they engaged in correspondence with me, accepting fault for the mistake and providing restitution, in a very polite and swift manner. I appreciated this assistance and would not hesitate to order from this company again.

Beautiful arrangement! This company was very helpful, professional, and their ability to deliver within a few hours was exactly what we needed. The handwritten note was a beautiful touch and the recipient loved it. The person that delivered it reached out to me directly to let me know that they were delivered. Don’t hesitate!
